The Nuke is a very powerful weapon, dealing high amounts of damage in a huge explosion radius. Due to it's ease of use and damage potential, it is one of the best weapons in the game.
Strategy
A good strategy to use with the nuke is to save it until it can do much more damage. Because it is so easy to land, you may as well hold off for a few turns until the enemies either bunch up or are in trajectory with a x2 Buff.

Mega Nuke: Mega Nuke has the same AOE as a Ghost Bomb and does around 120 damage
