Bulger shot a white ball with a blue trail. On the impact, it does damage but it also create a small hill whose top is located where the ball hit.

Big Bulger
It work the same as Bulger, but with more damage and creating a bigger hill.
Damage : 30
Upsides and Downsides
This weapon is not really useful since it does small damage. It can still be used to change the terrain or to put something on the way of an enemy, since you take more time to cover the distance. But globaly, it is not a weapon that good.
